    1. Do you have a store in Europe?

    No, we are only selling online for now. On our own website and Bol.com.

    2. Can i pay with visa card?

    Yes, we accept VISA with other payments as IDeal & Klarna.

    We can’t guarantee that buying online is safe. But we can say that our payment gateways are secured and our website is SSL secured.

    5. Do You Ship Internationally?

    Yes, we ship internationally. We ship for now mostly in the BeNeLux area and the rest of west – Europe. We do charge shipping cost if it is outside of BeNeLux.

    6. I can’t see certain items in my cart ?

    We separated our Hair cosmetics and Hair extensions. Sometimes, it can give a delay.

    7. How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

    If you ordered and you would like to change or cancel your order. Please, contact us within 24 hours. Because once we completed the order. It can’t be canceled or changed.

    8. Do I need an account to place an order?

    No, you don’t need an account to place an order. But when you order please fill out all the necessary information so we can send it to the correct address.

    9. How Do I Track My Order?

    If you want to track your order please look up your track and trace code that we send you via mail. You can trace via carrier or via our tracking order page.

    10. What Shipping Methods Are Available?

    The following shipping methods we use are PostNL or DHL.

    11. How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

    Shipment can take up to a minimum of 2 days and maximum 5 working days after receiving payment.
