Do you accept returns?

Yes! Our customer satisfaction is our destination! Please feel free to return any eligible item within 14 days of receiving your original order.


 

1. Items returned within 14 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or color doesn’t match the description, please feel free to contact us, our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible.

2. Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.

3. Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee.

4. Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.
Repeat: Customized items and/or order made specially for you. Can not be refunded as to the item was made and/or ordered specially for you.

5. After the return request has been authorized, the wigs can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Please kindly send email about your order number and returned package number.

6. We only give cash refund when the hair is (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. We have the right to refuse cash refund, when the hair is not in the original packaging. We will give you store credit instead.

Steps to follow:


*If we accept your return. Shipping is for own Cost.

 

1. Send us a picture with the reason why you would like to return the item.

2. Once we approve the return via mail. We will send you our Retour dress. You can send the item to this address in the original packaging.

3. Depending on which payment method you used to pay for the item. We will refund according to our policy.

4. It will take 1 to 5 working days to transfer back the money or credit back to your account or bank.

Note: Depending on which payment methode, we do not give full refund on certain payments.  

Direct Payment

We see iDeal, CreditCard, Sofort & PayPal as a Direct payment. We use mollie as a payment gateway for a secured gate. You can find Mollie policy here.

Bank Transfer

The following Banktransfer (mollie) or Banktransfer (Save Up)  are two different payment ways. When you want to pay through our checkout page.You will get a secured gate via mollie. Please, follow the instructions correctly.

When you use banktransfer via Save Up. You will use the secured gate of your own bank. You will transfer the money from your bank to our bank with the Transaction ID in as description. Please, write our bank information correctly. We are not responsible when you transfer to the incorrect Account number.

Afterpay

Afterpay & Klarna gives you the option to pay after receiving your purchased items. If you try to pay via Afterpay or Klarna you will agree to their policy.

Subscription

The monthly hairbox subscription will be via SEPA Incasso. Via Sepa Incasso we will ask for permission to charge you every month or according to subscription.

Save Up

The Save Up plan is a way to save up money to buy our online items. To transfer money to your save up balance, will be via PayPal or Banktransfer. Once you added credit to your balance, it will be only visible to you if your logged in. You can always take out money out of your balance. We will charge 5% transfer fee of your total.
